When God is
set to get involved in the affairs of a man, anything can happen. Remember we
said that He is the one that killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the
grave, and bringeth up. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low,
and lifteth up. That is why the scripture says in Matt 19:26 that, “With men it
is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”
When the set
time for God’s visitation comes, all other things get overruled. When God
visited mummy Sarah, she was way past menopause, but because, God was set to do
something, her medical condition was placed aside and God gave her a baby boy.
David was just a shepherd boy, but when his time came, God gave him Goliath and
from that moment, he was rated above King Saul.
Brother Peter
had toiled all night as a fisherman and caught nothing. You can imagine someone
who sells ice cream and chilled chapman during summer having no single person
to buy from him. Even if it’s not nice, at least you would have bought it
before knowing. That was the case of Bro. Peter. Despite his level of expertise
and the size of the river coupled with the availability of various species of
fish, he caught nothing. But when Jesus stepped in, even the fishes knew the
time for Peter to catch them had come, so fishes from all over the world had to
quickly make their way to his net.
Psa 102:13
says, “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favor her,
yea, the set time, is come.” Sir, when your set time is come, you struggle
less. You suddenly become the center of attraction. For someone, I decree, your
set time for lifting has come in Jesus Name. It is your turn to be celebrated.
Now is your time of favor. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!
