ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN

When God is set to change the story of a man, anything can happen. Isa 55:9 makes it clear that as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His ways higher than our ways, and His thoughts than our thoughts. Today, my focus is on the fact that anything can happen when God is set to change your story for the best.

Mordecai was a Jew in the land Shushan. Haman hated him so much that because of one man, he thought to destroy all Jews in that land because of one man. However, on the night before Mordecai would be hanged to death, Bible says in Esther 6:1 that, “On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.” Because Mordecai had to be promoted, the king had to lose his sleep.

Because Saul had to be anointed king, one of his sheep had to get lost. Because Elijah had to be fed, ravens became international sous-chef. Because the prophecy that Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria, God had to convert the footsteps of lepers to a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host, so much that the Syrians fled for their life.

1 Sam 2:6-7 says, “The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.” Because you have to live, Jesus died. Because you have to be rich, Jesus became poor. Anything can happen just so you can enjoy life and have it more abundantly.
