Imagine
how our lives could change if we choose to live every moment of our lives in
the power of the; Counselor; Comforter; Helper; Intercessor; Advocate;
Strengthener – I am talking about the person of the Holy Ghost.
One
of my favorite scripture is Acts 1:8a “And ye shall receive power after that
the Holy Ghost is come upon thee”. We could say “And ye shall be powerless if
the Holy Ghost hasn’t come upon thee”.
Without
the Holy Spirit, a man is just a shell without any content; or a phone casing
without the real gadget inside.
One
of thing that the Holy Spirit does is to empower you for exploits. After the
coming of the Holy Spirit upon Apostle Peter, he preached one message and 3000
(three thousand) souls were added to the church. Can you imagine 3000 new
clients patronizing you in a day? Few days later, the Apostle preached another
sermon and 5000 souls were added to the church. Wow!
It
even got to a point that the shadow of Apostle Peter could heal people.
The
Holy Spirit is the one that make things happen.
What
are the results that you desire? Partner with the Holy Spirit. Invite Him into
your affairs, ask Him to empower you and your life will be meaningful from
henceforth.
