How many
times have you said, “All I need now is just a miracle.” I have said that
countless number of times. Sometimes we want magic but we call it miracle. Let
me point it our pretty clear that God is not a magician; He is a miracle
working God like some of us have thought and some of us still do.
Miracle is
not a DHL parcel that you get while sitting down at home. Miracle is provoked.
Most times when you ask God for a miracle, He gives you an instruction to
follow. It becomes your choice whether to do as you have been told or not,
which is where so many of us get frustrated thinking God is weak. Please if you
do not know this before; let me tell you that GOD IS ABLE TO DO ALL THINGS.
The falling
down of the wall of Jericho which we all talk about today was a big miracle, but
let us not forget that before the wall fell down, something was done. They were
asked to walk around the wall seven days in a row and seven times on Sunday.
When wine ran out at the wedding in Cana, Galilee, Jesus’ mother told the
servants around, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it, in order words, if you want
to see a miracle today, you would have to follow his instruction.
Jesus said
fill the waterpots with water. I am sure the servants were wondering, “C’mon
man, we need wine not water,” but because they understood that obedience is the
mother of miracle, they obeyed without complain and Jesus turned water to wine.
Our miracles are tied to an act of obedience. Abraham obeyed and he became the
father of many nations.
I pray that
what to do to have that miracle parcel delivered to you, sweet Holy Spirit will
reveal unto you in Jesus Name. Amen!
