Standing on
the windswept shores of Lake Michigan one wintry night, ready to throw himself
into the freezing waters, a 32 year old bankrupt, dropout, wretched, tattered
dressed happened to gaze up at the starry heavens. Suddenly he felt a rush of
awe, and a thought flashed through his mind: “You have no right to eliminate
yourself. You do not belong to you. You belong to the Universe.”

Buckminster Fuller turned his back to the lake and began a remarkable career.
Best known as the inventor of the geodesic dome, by the time of his death he
held more than 170 patents and was world-famous as an engineer, mathematician,
architect and poet.
The widow in
the book of 1Kings 17 told the prophet that she was just about making her last
meal for herself and her kid after which they would die. Things were rough and
tough for them. Sometimes in life, things get so difficult and tough that one
would wish the world should just come to an end. I do to tell people of how I
wished my father had used one of his children for money rituals as a result of
the poverty that we were in that time, but thank God he did not.
Listen to me;
I don’t care what you are going through. Maybe you just spent your last penny?
Maybe you are in a state of confusion as to where the next meal or breakthrough
is coming from? Maybe things are tight for you? Maybe you are jobless and as a
result, you are a burden unto your family and friends? Whatever your case is, I
have come to tell you that the tide is turning in Jesus Name. Amen!
Your story
will change. Your testimony will change. Your outlook is changing. Your life is
changing. All things are becoming new and fresh. Your business is receiving new
life. Your home is receiving new fire in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
