Job 22: 23-25
says, “If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put
away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones
of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have
plenty of silver.”
Disobedience
took man out of Eden and only obedience can get him back there. Until you are
saved, you are not safe. In the book of Luke 15:11-32, we read the story of a
son that requested that his father gave him his own portion of the father’s
property. He got it and wasted it on riotous living. However, the father was
still worried about the “useless” son, but the thing about it was that the
father could not reach the son outside, until he returned home.
Your healing
is at home; your wealth is at home; your fruit of the womb is at home; that job
you are looking for is at home; until you return back home, you will never
enjoy those benefits. Everything you need is at home, but God is saying, “Come
back home.”
Psa 92:13
says, “Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the
courts of our God.” The first step towards a great life in God is returning
home. Tracing back one’s step to Jesus. No matter how dirty you might think you
are, God is still saying, just come back home. He’s saying, I want to bless
you; heal you; lift you up; decorate your life with glory; but you have to come
back home.
Until you are
totally yielded unto God, the earth will not yield any increase for you. Stop
doing your business dubiously; stop cheating on your spouse; stop lying; stop
that fraudulent act. Bishop Oyedepo said, “There’s plenty in purity.” As you
return home, you cease to be homeless, jobless and useless in Jesus Name. Amen!
