Gal 6:7 says,
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he
also reap.” In the system of the world, for every genuine employee of any
organization, there is always a payday. Bible says there is a time to sow and a
time to reap. Everything in our life is a seed – our thoughts, prayers, words,
and actions.
My father
retired as a school head and I still remember very well, how other teachers
would come to him and ask him, “when are we going to be through?” I found it
hard to understand at first but later knew they were referring to payday. Gal
6:9 says, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall
reap, if we faint not.”
Maybe you
have prayed, you have sowed, you have shown mercy unto those that needed it and
yet you still do not see things changing. Excuse me sir, things may not look
like they are changing, but your “due season” is closer than you can ever imagine
if you quit not. Don’t grow weary, don’t grow faint, keep on keeping on because
PAYDAY IS COMING.
Psa 62:5
says, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.” Pro
23:18 says, “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut
off.” This is not the time to give up. This is not the time to quit. You cannot
afford to quit now. If you will not give up, nor cave in, nor cast away your
confidence, then your payday is at hand.
God is a
great book keeper, He sure knows when you are due, so you keep on resuming for
duty and working as you are told, and when the time to be paid is due, God will
pay you accordingly. For a user of this devotional, rejoice because payday has
finally come!
