DREAM KILLERS

January 19, 2014

Many people who are meant to be great in life today are going about as beggars and little men because their dreams have been killed and buried. As a matter of fact, it is not uncommon to see some group of people whose source of joy is to see one’s dreams and aspirations shattered and unrealized.

Young Joseph in Gen 37 told his folks he had a dream. In the dream he saw great men bowing down before him. This got his folks infuriated and they hated him from that moment, so much that they planned to kill him. However, because no man can tamper with the plan of God, they were used as catalyst to send Joseph to his land of dream come true. Every plan of the enemy to destroy your dream would turn out to be for your good in Jesus Name.

Zerubbabel’s dream was to rebuild the temple; however, a whole lot of oppositions arose. In Ezra 4, some came as dream helpers but Zerubbabel was sensitive and discerning enough to know they were evil which was why he politely refused their assistance. I pray that every evil association or satanic assistance targeted at destroying your dream be destroyed now in Jesus Name.

Sir, the world needs you. Bible says in Rom 8:19 that, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” You were formed and created to be a solution to your generation; as such you need to take charge of your dream else dream killers would send you to the pit and bury you for life. Apostle Paul said in 1 Cor 16:9 that a great and effectual door was opened before him, but there were many adversaries.

Some of your friends and family members are angry because of the size of your dream, but I decree your dreams and aspirations are covered with the blood of Jesus. I urge you to be more prayerful so your dreams don’t get killed. Have a fabulous time in His presence.

JESUS – THE ONLY SURE HELPER

January 18, 2014

In Mark 2, a man was sick of the palsy. Palsy refers to various types of paralysis. So, the man was a living dead. However, he had four friends (or maybe brothers) who were always carrying him around as I suppose. One day, they heard Jesus was in town, and they tried seeing Him, but the crowd was too much. Against all odds, Bible says these guys opened the roof of the house where Jesus was and let down the sick man. That was all they could do.

The lyrics of a song say, “Our help is in the name of the Lord.” We all need help at one point or the other. Sometimes, we turn to some people who we know ordinarily could help, but we get disappointed. However, I have personally come to understand that, it is not like those people didn’t want to help, they also need help.

Just like the man with palsy, many of us have things we need help with, but instead of going to people, go to Jesus. A man once said, stop looking unto me, I look unto Jesus too, so let’s keep looking unto Him together.

Man cannot help you if God does not help you. The Psalmist says, “I will lift up mine eyes to the hills, from whence comes my help.” In order words, he knew great people who were positioned at the top, but he still realized that his help was from none of them, but from the One that made the heaven and the earth.

The disciples demonstrated this when they were experiencing the storm. They didn’t bother to jump into the sea and swim away or call on a rescue boat, rather, they went straight to Jesus and said, “Help needed.” Stop going about looking for help from men, (except the Holy Ghost tells you to do so); go to Jesus – the only sure source of help.

I pray for you that no more shall you lack help in Jesus Name. Amen!

DIVINE REMEMBRANCE

January 17, 2014

For the word remembrance to be effective, the word forget had to be in existence. At one point or the other, we have met some very important set of people who we thought if only they remember us, things would be better than it is now.

Naturally, humans are wired to forget, not just things but their fellow man. In Gen 40, while in the prison, Joseph interpreted the dreams the chief butler and chief baker for free, but only demanded that the chief butler make mention of him to Pharaoh so he could be released, but the man forgot him for two solid years. So, let me tell you that your uncle, aunty, brother, sister or anybody can forget you.

The only person that can never forget you is the Almighty God. Isa 49:15 says, “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.” In order words, no matter who has forgotten you, God said He will never forget you. Divine remembrance brings you to limelight. When you are divinely remembered, it becomes your turn to rejoice.

In Gen 32, Leah and Rachael were married to Jacob, yet Leah could bear children but Rachael couldn’t. However, in verse 22, Bible says, “And God remembered Rachael, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb.” Rachael would have remained a barren had God not remembered her. When God remembers you, things begin to work for you for the best. No wonder, Rachael gave birth to the best among Jacob’s children.

Hannah would also have remained a barren had God not remembered her as stated in 1 Sam 1. In Exo 2, Bible says because of change in power in Egypt, the children of Israel came under severe bondage, but the moment God remembered them, He quickly hired Moses to help them. By the power in the name of Jesus, God will remember you for good today in Jesus Name. Amen!

YOU ARE EXEMPTED

January 16, 2014

Some years ago, I was trying to apply for American visa and while going through the requirements, I realized that some citizens of some certain countries were exempted from applying for a visa. In order words, they could enter the United States anytime. I felt bad. But then I realized that life is like that too. The same community where some are hungry, some are throwing away food.

Today, I have come to inform someone that it doesn’t matter what form of hardship and pain people are going through out there, as for you and I, it is peace and prosperity. Sir, in Gen 26, the same land where people were running away from because there was famine, Isaac sowed in that same land and he got a hundred fold harvests. He was on God’s exemption list.

Job 5:22 says, “At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh.” In order words, according to Job 22:29, when others are saying there is a casting down, you are busy giving thanks for multiple promotions. When others are crying there is no job, you are confused as to which job offer to take. You are not permitted to experience what the people of the world are experiencing, you are formed and fashioned to experience goodness and mercy and favor and honor and glory and lifting and prosperity.

I am telling you what God says not what I say. What I say can fail, as a matter of fact, I can say I didn’t say it, but what God says can never fail nor change because Num 23:19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

I decree concerning someone today that from the list of untimely death in this year, you are exempted. You are exempted from shame, pain, lack, failure, disappointment, reproach and poverty in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

UNRIGHTEOUSNESS UNPLUGS

January 15, 2014

The scripture says in Ecc 9:4 that, “For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.” As long as a TV is plugged to power source, it keeps showing pictures and making sounds but the moment it gets unplugged, it goes off. That’s the same thing with sin; it unplugs you from your source – God.

Prov 14:34 says, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” It means sin is an open invitation to reproach and shame. Rom 1:18 says, “For the wrath (anger and displeasure) of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men.” What is unrighteousness? It means not upright, wicked, sinful, and evil and not in accordance with what is right or just e.g. fornication, deception, disobedience and all. Read Rom 1:29-32.

David was referred to as apple of God’s eyes. God so much loved him. However, as much as he was close to God, the moment he touched Bathsheba and planned the assassination of Uriah in 2 Sam 11, God became displeased with him. As a result, the son Bathsheba bore him became sick. David started compulsory fast and prayer just to seek the face of God but to show us that sin blocks God off one’s case, the boy died.

Do you know that your prayers would get answered faster when they are coming from a righteous soul? Prov 15:8 says, “The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.” Hab 1:13 says, “God is of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity.”

You have a glorious future ahead; don’t let sin sink you into the mud. Don’t allow sin rob you of a great destiny that God has programmed for you. Repent today. Forsake every sinful act, they would only destroy you. Sin dethrones. The grace to live right always is made available for you today in Jesus Name. Amen!

YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED

January 14, 2014

Many times we live our lives as if we have all the years to ourselves. It is so painful that many a lot of us are doing today what we should have done years back all because we thought, “there’s still time to do that.” Unfortunately, now we can see that there really is no time.

Some patients with terminal diseases were asked what their top two regrets were. Their first regret was, “I wish I had lived a life true to myself.” Countless souls are wallowing in littleness and poverty all because they are trying to live up to the expectation of others for them. Sir, Rom 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world.”

You have just one life to live and you know what – it is your life and not the life of your folks or friends or fans. Bible says Jesus went about fulfilling purpose because He knew His days were numbered. Little wonder why Jesus’ three and a half years of ministerial work looked like a hundred years achievement because Jesus had a plan for each day. Stop living to impress people, live to fulfil purpose. Stop living a fake life.

Be true to yourself. Psa 90:12 says, “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” In order words, when you live with a mentality that your time is limited, every minute would count, and then you would apply your heart to wisdom. Sir/ma, money is recoverable, time isn’t. I tell people time is life. Time wasted is destiny wasted. Each day is raw gold waiting to be mined.

Every rich man lives with a time scarcity mentality while poor people live as if they have all days. Someone keeps chatting silly with you for an hour and you say you enjoy chatting with him/her, sir, I pity you. You can only be twenty once. Age thirty comes just once. Make the most of your life. Be wise with your life. I pray that you

PROVOKING DIVINE BLESSINGS

January 13, 2014

Things don’t just happen, someone must make them happen. People don’t just get salaries, they must work for it. Divine blessing is something that the recipient must provoke into existence by doing something. One of the things to be done is the act of giving or sowing.

In Gen 27, Bible says Isaac was very old and he thought of blessing Esau which he could just have done by calling the young man inside and blessing him. Rather, he demanded that Esau should sow by making him a savory meat. In order words, my blessing is not free of charge; you have to do something to get it. That’s man, how much God.

In 1 Kings 3, Bible says that King Solomon sacrificed one thousand burnt offerings upon the altar for God, when God saw this great act of sowing; He came down and gave Solomon a blank Cheque. As a result of that encounter, 1 Kings 10:23-24 says, “So King Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth for riches and for wisdom. And all the earth sought to Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.”

If you want to be blessed of God, then you have to be an unrepentant radical giver/sower. We all sing the song, give, it will come back to you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, but we hardly do. Sir, God is not a beggar, He deserves the best. As a matter of fact, if you want the best from God, you must give Him the best. Remember that only the blessing of the Lord makes rich without adding any sorrow or regret to it.

If you think very well, you would realize that God owns it all at first and you are just a custodian – the earth is the Lord’s and its fullness. I pray for you that your acts of giving in this year would open you up to a generational flow of divine blessing in Jesus Name. Amen!

BE LOVING

January 12, 2014

One of the essential ingredients of a beautiful and colorful life is love. What is love? Love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. As believers, our journey here on earth is meaningless and useless without love.

1 Cor 13:1-4 says that if you like speak in tongues like angels, if you have no love on the inside of you, you are just babbling. It continues by saying that if you like prophecy from now till eternity or sell your house to feed the poor, if you have no love, you are wasting your time.

Sir, as a matter of fact, if you find it hard to love your fellow man, then you can never love God, because that fellow man is created in the image of God. But Henry, there are some unlovable set of people? Yea, I know. But Luk 6:35 says, “Love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.”

In John 13:34, Jesus said, I am giving you a new commandment in addition to the ones you’ve had before, which is - Love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. One another means not just the rich or good people alone, it means the rich, the poor, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I urge you to love anyhow. Bible says the greatest gift any man can give or get is love.

Love is like magnet, it brings to you the people you need to fulfil your purpose here on earth. Many people have sent their spouses and clients away because of their unloving attitude. Henry, my love has been taken for granted before. Oh yea, I understand but don’t let past hurt make you go against the commandment of God.

I pray that from today, you are broken down to love in Jesus Name. Amen!

FIRST THINGS FIRST

January 11, 2013

There is a folktale about tortoise and turtle competing for who would marry the daughter of the king of the land. Winner must bring to the king a white garment from the chief priest of the land. Quickly the tortoise took a shortcut to the chief priest’s shrine, on getting there, he met them feasting, so he joined and started eating.

Later, the turtle got there and saw them partying but went directly to the chief priest to tell him why he was there. He got the white garment, asked for take away pack (my guess though) and left. After eating, the tortoise went to tell the chief priest why he was there only to realize that he has been outsmarted. The turtle became the king’s in-law.

In Gen 24, Abraham asked his oldest servant to go get a wife for Isaac. When the servant finally found someone and he was brought into her father’s house, Bible says in Gen 24:33 that, “And there was set meat before him to eat: but he said, I will not eat, until I have told mine errand. And he said, Speak on.” At the end of the day, he got a wife for Isaac, got a place to sleep, food to eat and servants to feed his camels.

Ecc 9:11 says, “I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.” For every great man I know of, prioritization is a skill they have. They don’t do tomorrow what needs to be done today.

Whatever you need to do, go do it, stop wasting away your time as you are indirectly wasting away your life. A lot of people are also working at getting what you also want to get. May you be disciplined enough to emerge a winner always in Jesus Name. Amen!

ASK THE LORD

January 10, 2014

Most times the source of our frustration and confusion is that we ask the wrong person the right questions. Some of us can be likened to a stranger in a city asking for the direction to the palace from a blind man. We know God has hearing hears but prefer asking google for the answers to the questions of our life.

In Genesis 25, Bible says Rebekah conceived and suddenly the children in her womb started struggling. She has never felt like that before, but instead of going to ask Keturah (Abraham’s wife) who has been pregnant before, Bible says in Gen 25:22 that she went to enquire of the Lord and the Lord explained what was happening to her.

I’d like to tell someone today that God has answers to all questions if only you dare ask. Remember the popular scripture in Matt 7:7 that, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” Many of us quote it but just few of us do it. Have you ever taken time to ask God why what is happening to you is happening?

It got to a point that David was confused as to what to do in 1 Sam 30, but he understood that God can never be confused, so he asked the Lord what to do and God answered him. Sir, I tell you that the reason why you are confused as to what to do with your life is because you have not asked the one that gave you that life what is happening. I love children a lot because they can ask any question, and I mean, any question.

Sir/ma, humble yourself before God and ask Him questions. Ask Him who to marry; what job to take; where not to go; who not to roll with and all. Every question you ask God from today receives answer expressly in Jesus Name. Amen!

BE HOSPITABLE

January 9, 2014

We live in a time where the code of conduct is me, myself and I. it is a case of, “as long as I have food to eat and cash in my wallet, I am not bothered if my friends or neighbors are on compulsory hunger strike.” Friends, it should not be so.

Hospitality can also mean generosity. It means to be helpful unto others. Bible says in Rom 12:13 that a Christian must be given to hospitality. 1 Pet 4:8-9 says, “And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging.” Heb 13:2 says, “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”

Once again, I must tell you that this is a pregnant year with lot of goodies, and one of the secret to obtain these goodies is hospitality. Some believers are like wild fire in their communities and offices. Some of them are so stingy that to give out a penny is always difficult. It ought not to be so. Because of Abraham’s generosity and act of hospitality in Gen 18, God had to tell Abraham his future plan concerning Sodom. As if that was not enough, because of Lot’s hospitality in Gen 19, the angels told him, “Do you have any family member here, because we are going to destroy this land.”

In 2 Kings 4, the Shunem woman enjoyed God because she was very generous towards Elisha. For a roof and food, she got a child. Sir, the truth is everything you think you have is God’s own property. The only man that left the presence of Jesus sad was that man that found it hard to sell what he had to give to the poor. Be generous to the needy, the stranded, the naked, the homeless and the hungry. As you do so, you are lending to the Lord and that which you have given will God pay you again.

NOTHING IS HARD FOR GOD

January 8, 2014

I remember when I was in college and I used to find it hard solving arithmetic questions, however, there was a guy in my class then whose source of fun and entertainment was solving arithmetic questions. For him, no calculation was hard to crack. For Sarah and Abraham, it was a very hard thing to imagine giving birth at such old age, but it wasn’t for God.

After Sarah finished laughing at God for saying she would give birth after she was way past menopause, God told Abraham in Gen 18:14 that, “Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.” In Gen 21, Bible says that God visited Sarah at the set time as He has promised and she conceived and gave birth.

Luke 18:27 says, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” With man, it was impossible for a virgin to get pregnant, but it wasn’t for God. With man, it was impossible for the mouth of a fish to become a bank, but with God, it wasn’t. With man, it was impossible for five thousand men to be fed with just five loaves of bread and two pieces of fish, but with God it was more than possible.

Friends, I don’t care what you have gone through or going through that looks like an immovable mountain before you, with man, it might be hard to get the trouble off your way; with man it might be hard to have that debt paid off; with man it might be hard for you to become prosperous this season; but I have come to inform you that with God, victory is certain.

Bring it all to God and I pray that whatever looks hard for you to solve is by the power in the name of Jesus sorted forever today. Amen!

HIS PROMISES FAILETH NOT

January 7, 2014

A promise is a commitment by someone to do or not do something. The promises of God are ever standing no matter what. Bible says in 2 Pet 3:9 that, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness.”

In Gen 15, God told father Abraham that as the stars of the sky were, so shall his seed be. Gen 15:6 says he believed and it was counted unto him for righteousness. However, the scripture says that hope delayed makes the heart sick. In Gen 17, God appeared to him again to remind him of His promises, but Abraham felt it was late.

Bible says in Gen 17:17 that, “Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?” Because of the delay in the fulfilment of the promise, he had lost hope which made it hard for him to even believe God again.

It was so bad that when Sarah heard God telling her husband, “I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life, and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son.” She laughed within herself, saying, “Please, God, let’s forget that topic, just keep Ishmael safe for us.” But because God had promised them a child, whether Sarah laughed in disbelief or not, Isaac came through Sarah.

Sir, God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? It doesn’t matter how many years you have been holding on to God’s promises for your life, keep on holding on because the time of delivery is now.

I pray for you that whatever is delaying the delivery of the promises of God concerning your life is hereby removed in Jesus Name. Amen!

FAITH IS ESSENTIAL

January 6, 2014

As a believer expecting massive miracles and breakthroughs in this year and beyond, faith is essential. I have discovered that through the act of faith, many have enjoyed God more than others. Though, faith is senseless, but it produces sensible and tangible results.

In 2 Kings 4, a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. She needed quick intervention of God else, her coming to the earth might be in vain.

Elisha told her, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of thy entire neighbor’s, even empty vessels; borrow not a few. And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full. I am sure if it was someone in this era, she would have wondered if the man of God was drunk, but this woman knew that to obtain from God, faith was essential. She did as she was instructed and kept pouring and pouring until empty vessels ran out.

In the wedding in Cana, Galilee, the mother of Jesus lectured the servants on the message of faith, if not, the time Jesus said fill the waterpots with water, they would have been skeptical about it because what they needed was wine and not water.

Friends, faith is essential to record amazing miracles. It might be senseless, but not worthless. Radical faith is what you need to enjoy a radical turn around this season. The faith of the Centurion in Matt 8 was very radical to the extent that Jesus said, “This kind of faith is uncommon.”

The year might have changed, but God has not changed. Faith still moves God into action. I pray for you that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you the step of faith you need to take to activate your next level in Jesus Name. Amen!

GODLINESS IS PROFITABLE

January 5, 2014

1 Tim 4:7-8 says, “But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.”

Businesses that don’t bring in profit end up in the dump yard because the only way their employees can be paid and materials bought are from the profit made. For any child of God that wants to profit in the kingdom of his/her father, then godliness must be your watchword. Godliness means having great reverence for God.

In Gen 17, God told Father Abraham, “I would like to make you great and multiply you and profit you, but on one condition – walk before me perfectly.” In order words, embrace godliness. He did and the Bible records it that he was exceedingly great and God blessed all that he had.

Prov 14:34 says, “Righteousness (godliness) exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” Godliness promotes you. Remember that promotion does not come from man but from God (Psa 75:6-7). This was the understanding that my uncle Joseph had that made him refuse to have carnal knowledge of Potiphar’s wife. If he, he would have remained a respected servant. But because of godliness, he was lifted even above the number one man of the land.

Ecc 10:15 says that the labor of a fool wearieth him. Who is a fool? Psa 14:1 says, “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.” In order words, the second name for an ungodly person is fool and Pro 3:35 says “The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.”

2 Chron 26:5 says as long as Uzziah sought the LORD, God made him to prosper. Embrace godliness in 2014 so you can become profitable and prosperous.

STOP GIVING EXCUSES

January 4, 2014

I was having a discussion with someone sometime ago and he said, “Do you know I would have been bigger and richer than this if it wasn’t that I don’t have a university degree.” There was nothing I could say to make him understand that he was wrong. But then, I realize that that’s the same way a whole lot us live a mediocre life all because of excuses.

In Exo 4:10 Moses told God (the one that made mouths) that, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue, so I can’t be used by you.” Thank God for mercy and covenant, if not, Moses would have been dumped.

The human nature is so wired to be full of excuse. We blame our parents, governments, leaders, pastors and neighbors for our situations. We attribute our littleness to our academic qualification or family background. We blame our spouses for our behaviors. We blame the economic crunch as the reason why we are poor.
Deut 30:19 says, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live.” Whatever or whoever you are today is a product of your personal choice. Stop giving excuses.

I love Zacchaeus in Luke 19. He wanted to see Jesus but saw he was a short man. He could have given up and said, “If not that I am short, I would have seen Jesus.” But he looked beyond that and did everything possible just to see Jesus. Not only did he see Jesus, Jesus became his friend. When you refuse to give excuses and you go for gold no matter what, you end up getting something better than gold.

Don’t let excuses rid you of the glorious destiny ahead of you. Go for gold no matter what!

YOU’VE GOT NO TIME TO WASTE

January 3, 2014

Time they say is money. Time is of great essence. Employers pay employees for 8hours of work per day. However, I have come to realize that this generation has so many time thieves that before you know what is happening, you end up postponing and procrastinating and shifting until you end 2014 the same way or worse than you ended 2013.

Someone said that there is no difference between 2013 and 2014 in that seven days still make a week and twenty fours make a day. The only difference would be the one you bring on board by cherishing your time. Personally, I have experienced that when you value your time, others would do so. Some people came to Zerubbabel while rebuilding the temple of God to have a chat with him. He made it known to them that he was busy and would see them when done.

When wine ran out at the wedding in Cana, Galilee and Jesus’ mother went to tell Him to do something, He told her, “Mine hour is not yet come.” In order words, right now, I am busy. Some of us find it hard to say, “I’m busy” and as a result the devil is busy playing you around. Place value on your time. God values time a lot. You would notice a lot of, “At the appointed time,” in the Bible, because time to God is life.

Friends, you have an appointed time to live on earth, Bible says in Eph 5:16 that redeem that time, because the days are evil. Someone said you only live once. There is no time to waste around this 2014. Ecc3:1 says, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” Sirs/mas, the whole world is waiting for your manifestation, so please get busy and get distractors off your back. You might end up losing friends, but it is better than forfeiting your God given purpose.

You shall fulfil purpose in Jesus Name. Amen!

THE HELPER

January 2, 2014

The journey of life becomes very sweet, smooth and interesting when help is made available for you on a per second basis. Jesus’ journey while on earth was full of impacts and achievements because even before He launched into ministry, Bible says in Matt 3:16 that after John finished baptizing Jesus, the heaven opened and the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon Jesus.

As believers, we have been provided with a great helper – The Holy Ghost. Bible says in Acts 10:38 that after God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: He went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. The only way this year would make sense for you is when you partner with God’s source of help – The Holy Ghost.

With him you cannot fail, you cannot make mistake, you can never be wrong because He is perfect. Am sure Apostle Peter knew what it meant to be helped by Him. Bible records it that same Apostle Peter who denied Jesus because he was scared he could be killed became so bold and fruitful in his ministry after the Holy Ghost came upon Him.

I would not be happy if the same testimony you shared in 2013 is the same you would share come December 31, 2014 – NO! Your testimony must be bigger and mightier this year. One of thing that the Holy Spirit does is to empower you for exploits. After the coming of the Holy Spirit upon Apostle Peter, his shadow became healing capsules.

The Holy Spirit is the one that make things happen. What are the results that you desire in 2014? Partner with the Holy Spirit. He knows what your business needs to go to the next level. He knows where to give you a secured and profitable job.

Ask for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for the journey of 2014 and I pray The Holy Spirit shall empower you for exploits in Jesus Name. Amen!

BE EXPECTANT

January 1, 2014

Welcome to 2014 friends. It is a great privilege to be alive today, because millions didn’t make it but you are one of those who did. Give thanks to God for He is good and His mercy endureth forever – to the God that didn’t allow the plans of your enemies to come to pass concerning you, for His mercies endureth forever.

Well, friends, I must say that 2014 is a year loaded with great opportunities. In this year, the Lord will be performing creative and new miracles for you and through you. Isa 43:19 says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Because eyes have not seen nor ears heard what the Lord has in stock for you for 2014.

However, one thing I’d like you to know is that if 2014 would be better than 2013, then you have to better your expectation. Expectation, they say is the mother of manifestation. The New Year is the time when majority do the popular restitution thing but few set goals. Without goals, you are going nowhere. What are your 2014 expectations? Put them down as that would make your prayer life sweet, smooth and focused.

When distractors came to tell blind Bartimaeus to shut up, they didn’t succeed because the blind man knew what he wanted and he wasn’t going to let no one stop him from going for what he wanted. Even the beggar at the temple had a goal for sitting at the entrance. Why are you in 2014? Prov 23:18 says, “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

2014 would end, but it is only your expectation that shall stand you out. I decree that this year would be to you a year of unthinkable and all round breakthrough in Jesus Name.

Happy New Year Friends.
